We acquire dog daycare and boarding businesses from owners who care deeply about preserving and building upon the legacy they leave. As we build out our platform, we reinvest our profits back into supporting the growth of your teams and your local communities.

Are you geographically focused?

We are headquartered in Scarborough, Maine. For now, our focus is on acquiring daycares in New England and the broader Northeast.

That being said, we love chatting with daycare owners. Even if you're outside of our target area, reach out for a chat to learn more!

Why are you different?

There are a lot of companies in the market buying daycares and almost all of them are private equity-backed, with tight timelines for when they need to flip it to the next owner.

In our opinion, if you really care about buying daycares to build them stronger for the future, it cannot be done if you're only focused on re-selling to the next buyer in a few years.

We take a long-term view on our daycare ownership, working hard with local communities, local pet parents, and local talent to build a model that everyone can be proud of.
